
Equipment for testing windows, made with a self-supporting structure that does not require foundations and wall fixing.
It consists of a base and a sealed chamber entirely in stainless steel. The fixtures to be tested are positioned by locking them with two vertical and one horizontal arms, also in stainless steel, and a series of aluminum modular panels. The support structure of the system is made of painted steel.
On the right side of the equipment there’s the electrical panel, while on the left side there’s the hanging control panel that serves for manual operation of the machine, and on which are placed also the measuring instruments.

FUTURA 2000
It is a robot with controlled axes that allow it to move simultaneously in space. The special software inside allows:
– To program the movements to be performed,
– To set the number of tests to be carried out,
– To set the dwell times between the opening phase and the closing phase,
– To set the rotations of the artificial hand,
– To adjust the opening and closing speed of the door,
– To acquire measurements by reading the measuring instruments present,
– To memorize the efforts detected on the window frame,
– To export the collected data.
It is suitable for carrying out tests on frames whose leaf can be: push, pull, opening with panic bar, pivoting opening, sliding flush in both directions, sliding not coplanar in both directions.
